The thing about side projects is that you’re never sure if you’re any good at it, to keep doing it. And because you don’t keep doing it, you never get good at it. I’ve a lot of such side projects that have been cast aside in my life. My latest is photography. My camera used to be full of pictures I never post ‘cause they aren’t as good as that influencer I follow. Until I clicked this shot. This is the first photograph that gives me hope and makes me feel like maybe, I got spunk too. It was shot in Alaska and is kinda like that moment in between inhale and exhale where you hold your breath for a quick second of peace before the reality comes chasing you down or in our case, it was the property owner’s dog doing the chasing.
