Gender inequality sucks big time. We know it because we live it. And even though we’ve been making great strides in the workplace, gender inequality still continues to rear its ugly head. The first step to overcome this is to talk about it, and that’s not easy.
In conversations with female friends, it became very clear this was a problem we all identified with no matter the level of seniority. This is why we came up with an idea to help women speak out, in a lighter tone and a “shareable” way:
What if there was a trending filter that could start the conversation? Using the gender-swap filter, we invited women to share what wouldn’t have happened to them if they were a man. We took on a complicated issue and sparked a much-needed conversation in the workplace.
