5 THINGS I LEARNED OVER THE YEARS AS A CREATIVE DIRECTOR

1 – Never, ever talk shit about other creatives.

2 – Practice your pitch before the meeting – don’t try and wing it.

3 – “Cool” is a red flag word for “not cool at all”.

4 – Don’t bet your entire idea on a celebrity, even if they’re the owner.

5 – Let the people that actually came up with the idea present it, even if they’re juniors. And thank them for it in front of the client.
